Reporting to the Project Engineering Manager, the Project Engineer's mission is to define the engineering solutions for the area's projects according to the client's requirements as reflected in the offer, and to provide technical support to the commercial area for the preparation of offers whenever required.

Provide support to the commercial area in the pre-sales phase for the preparation of offers for new projects, defining the system specifications based on the client's requirements.

Design based on the technical requirements of Project Engineering.Define the technical solution for the project.Prepare the project design documentation (ISO-9001/ PECAL-2110 for Quality Assurance in Design, Development, and Production in Defense projects).Create the project's bill of materials.Generate the project's configuration tree.Provide the Technical Office with information on the modules to be integrated into the vehicles/shelters so they can design the mechanical parts in the system.Provide information and technical support to the Standardization, Industrialization, and ALI areas in the preparation of the Operation and Maintenance Manual and training courses, as well as in the preparation of specific documents for defense tenders.Conduct technical tests and checks (internal and with the client) to ensure the correct functioning of the project's product or systems.Exchange information with the project management through meetings established in internal procedures to monitor project progress, analyze possible deviations, and take corrective measures if necessary.Advise management on decisions regarding requirement changes that may affect the work to be carried out by the area.Keep written procedures up to date to safeguard the quality of the final product, setting guidelines to follow in the execution and implementation of projects.Propose innovative developments that could open new business lines for the company.
