Role: Senior Project Delivery Lead
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid – Once A Week In-Office)
Salary: £70,000 – £85,000
Contract: Fixed Term to July 2026
A Senior Project Delivery professional is required to lead and facilitate the implementation of two major workstreams focused on systems innovation and position data governance. Working at the intersection of HR systems, data, and operational transformation, this role ensures timely, value-driven outcomes across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
You’ll oversee strategic planning, delivery execution, and cultural change initiatives to embed new ways of working, streamline data structures, and unlock long-term efficiencies. The core system in use is SAP SuccessFactors (comparable HRIS will be considered).
Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery of two independent workstreams focused on HR systems and establishment dataDevelop and manage delivery plans, resourcing, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reportingEngage senior stakeholders across HR, Digital, Finance, and Operations functionsCollaborate with delivery sponsors and governance groups to ensure alignment and accountabilityOversee third-party performance and manage contractual deliverablesDrive adoption of system and data changes through clear leadership and engagement strategiesPromote inclusive, data-informed decision-making at all levels of the programmeReport progress, risks, and benefits to senior leadership and steering groupsEssential Experience & Skills
Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation projects involving HR systems and dataStrong stakeholder management and ability to influence across organisational boundariesStrategic thinker with a hands-on approach to solving complex delivery challengesEffective leadership of cross-functional teams and third-party suppliersFamiliarity with enterprise systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS)Strong governance, budget oversight, and performance reporting capabilityConfident managing cultural change, systems adoption, and continuous improvement initiativesCommitted to equity, diversity, and accessibility in project delivery
