We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient RPM Scheduling Lead to oversee the development, integration, and governance of project schedules across our capital and maintenance portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring alignment with project controls standards, enhancing schedule readiness, and driving continuous improvement in planning and scheduling practices.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced expertise in Primavera P6, schedule risk analysis, and schedule analytics, with a strong ability to coordinate across functions. This individual will serve as a mentor, technical authority, and resource for schedulers throughout the department, promoting consistency, quality, and adherence to best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain and Evolve Scheduling Frameworks - Develop, maintain, and continuously improve department scheduling processes, procedures, guidelines, and templates to ensure consistency and alignment with industry and corporate standards.Schedule Quality and Compliance - Facilitate schedule quality reviews using tools such as Acumen Fuse, perform detailed logic audits, and benchmark against IPA standards. Ensure all schedules comply with MPC Standards & Procedures and readiness checklists.Continuous Improvement and Standardization - Drive ongoing enhancements in scheduling practices through the implementation and reinforcement of MPC standards, systems, standard templates, and schedule readiness tools.Coaching and Oversight - Provide technical oversight and mentorship to site-level schedulers. Foster their development into scheduling subject matter experts and ensure consistent application of best practices across all projects.Governance and Representation - Represent the scheduling discipline in DSP approvals, executive reporting forums, and project controls governance reviews, ensuring schedule perspectives are well-articulated and influence decision-making.Schedule Risk Management - Lead and coordinate schedule risk assessments, including Monte Carlo simulations, to proactively identify risks, evaluate uncertainties, and support mitigation planning.Integrated Reporting and Analytics - Lead the development of comprehensive schedule reporting across capital, turnaround, and maintenance programs. Consolidate project timelines, track key milestones, and generate performance metrics that support governance and enable data-driven leadership decisions.Systems Integration and Configuration - Maintain and enhance scheduling templates, Primavera P6 configurations, and ensure effective integration with enterprise systems such as IPS, iCON, iTAR, and other tools.Interactive Planning Facilitation - Plan and facilitate interactive planning sessions. Prepare integrated schedules, align cross-functional stakeholders on critical path activities, and capture real-time updates. Ensure outputs are incorporated into the master schedule and communicated for execution readiness.A minimum of 30% overnight travel will be required for this role.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: 

A Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field is desired or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

A minimum of 12+ years of experience in project management, project controls, and execution with focus on large scale projects is required along with prior supervisory and leadership experience.Computer Proficiencies: Advanced skills and knowledge with Microsoft Suite, SAP, Track, RCR, and Primavera (P6)
