Key Responsibilities Project Controls Lead planning, control, execution, and closeout processes. Drive process improvements and act as liaison between departments. Manage budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, dashboards, and variance analysis. Evaluate contractor reports and ensure accurate project data. Prepare presentations for senior management  Handle ad-hoc reporting and support project governance. Contract Administration Oversee contract compliance and performance. Lead contract bidding and award processes. Manage audit files, resolve claims, and ensure contract closure. Monitor spending, invoicing, and contract forecasts. Align contract strategies across organizational levels. Systems & Process Administration Customize and manage tools like SAP, Sciforma, Spotfire, BW, Primavera. Align project control systems with corporate requirements. Lead change requests and continuous improvement initiatives. Train E&C staff on system/process changes. Ensure cross-functional integration and performance reporting. Qualifications & Experience Engineering background  Demonstrable 10+ years’ of experience in engineering & construction industry with experience in related field  Good knowledge of SAP and other project control tools usage required. Working knowledge of Primavera, Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, PowerBI  Self-starter and have a proactive, results-oriented focus while working autonomously  Willingness and capability to assume additional responsibilities, commitment to delivering to stringent deadlines and putting in extra effort in times of high activity Experience of personnel management, strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively and work with people at all levels in a multicultural organization Well diversified with data management, processing and analysis of bulk data Fluent in written and spoken English and good competencies in business writing.
