With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to the highest standards of safety and sustainability. - Lead and manage project planning and cost control activities across infrastructure/transport projects in a design supervision consultancy environment. - Prepare, update, and monitor Primavera P6 schedules and ensure alignment with project milestones. - Coordinate with design, supervision, and commercial teams to align progress and forecasts. - Analyze and report project performance metrics including schedule variance, cost variance, and earned value. - Prepare monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations for client meetings. - Support claims and variations analysis from a planning and cost perspective. - Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies with the project team. - Act as a key point of contact for client representatives, contractors, and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with internal and client-specific project controls procedures. - Guide and mentor junior team members when required. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. - 10+ years of experience, with a strong background in design supervision consultancy within the transport and infrastructure sector. - Experience on Abu Dhabi-based infrastructure and transport projects is essential. - Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, Excel, and project control software. - Proven track record in cost control, cash flow forecasting, and schedule management. - Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing capabilities. - Familiarity with Abu Dhabi authority procedures and project lifecycle in a consultancy setting. - Professional certifications such as PMP, PSP, or CCP are advantageous.
