Senior Project Construction Quantity Lead Engineer

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to
ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing smoothly
Project coordination with other discipline such as Civil, E&I, Mechanical,
Piping, Insulation and Painting
Review and validate work progress sheets / BOQ’s (Bill Of Quantity) /
technical documentation
Prepare work sheet analysis and segregate category of work involved in
the project execution
Provide engineering expertise and technical guidance throughout the
project lifecycle
Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and
changes in scope
Monitoring the site progress according to schedules
Maintains accurate records and data to enable the construction manager
to resolve contractual conflicts and disputed claim with the
subcontractors
Establish and implement procedures for monitoring, measuring and
reporting progress of the Piping and Mechanical Works
Keeps Site Job Representative fully informed of all aspects of site activities
related to prescribed roles and responsibilities
Follow up with client to get approval for the Project Quality Documents &
Quality Personal approval.

Tracking of IFC drawings and its updates revisions to control use of
superseded drawings at site.
Ensures that contractors/fabricators maintain records of calibration of
equipment used in production of work activities.
Preparing the procedures for the special works and maintaining its
updated revisions all the time.
Participating in weekly Quality Meeting, Project Management Meetings
with Client, Internal construction Meeting with Subcontractors.
Verify as built red lined drawings as required.
Participate in discipline incident investigations, including root cause
analysis with recommending actionable and sustainable learning’s
Preparing Internal Punch list during PMCC walk down.
Participating PMCC meetings & walk down with Client, Proponent for final
punch list.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: -
Degree or Diploma, in Engineering.
15 years of experience in Construction on industrial gases, oil & gas or
related industry projects which should be construction site based
Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization
software.
The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
Excellent project management and supervision skills
