Responsibilities Design and deliver polished, high-level presentation materials for executive and senior leadership audiencesLead and facilitate cross-functional discussions to define business capabilities and strategic prioritiesConduct research and stakeholder interviews to gather key insights for roadmap developmentTranslate complex programmatic concepts into clear, compelling communications for executive decision-makingDevelop and maintain comprehensive capability roadmaps aligned with organizational goalsSynthesize data, research findings, and stakeholder input into actionable strategies and plansEnsure accuracy and consistency of messaging in leadership content and strategic documentsCollaborate across organizations to align capability development with broader program, component, and enterprise objectivesManage multiple work efforts under tight deadlines, balancing quality and strategic impactProvide advice, expertise and specialized skills creating value and improving customer performanceProvide expertise in business strategy, manpower planning, policy analysis, management controls, information technology, e-business and operations.Identify options with recommendations, and/or the implementation of solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree12+ years of experience in strategic planning, acquisition, and system integration.Proficiency in tools for high quality presentations.Understanding of Systems acquisition lifecycle (e.g. ALF and MD-102).Familiarity with IEEE standard 1012, IEEE Standard 829-1998, and the DHS SELC. Excellent writing, communications and briefing skills. Pay Transparency Statement AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $113,400.00/Yr. - USD $189,300.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
