Amazon Global Selling is seeking an experienced Sr. Customer Success Manager to lead strategic supply chain program development in Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for supply chain across Asia region outside of China. You will work in a multi-functional team contains PM, operations and also closely with cross-functional teams, including Country Account Team, Central Product/Tech, to build up cost effective supply chain solutions meeting business needs in Asia country.

Key job responsibilities
As owner of supply chain solution, you will identify & address customer pain-points by working with a cross-functional team (both internal & external) to create/execute/optimize SOPs and to support the new product/solution launches. You will be able to build accurate forecasting, metrics, tools and reports to ensure results.
