This pivotal role involves overseeing and enhancing training and development programs across all divisions within DISH Technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management with a strong focus on leveraging training data to drive strategic decisions and outcomes. The Senior Program Manager will be part of the DISH Technologies Program Management office (DT & PM) and will play a key role in shaping the future of our training initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Strategic Program Leadership:** Develop and execute comprehensive program strategies to advance training and development objectives across the organization. Leverage training data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive program enhancements + **Data-Driven Insights:** Analyze training data and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for new initiatives. Use data to forecast needs, measure program effectiveness, and drive strategic adjustments + **Enhanced Program Design:** Oversee the creation and refinement of advanced training content and instructional design principles to ensure programs are impactful, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals + **Advanced Stakeholder Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of training programs with business strategy and objectives + **Optimized Resource Management:** Allocate and manage resources efficiently to maximize the impact of training programs.
