Senior Program Manager - Portfolio Management

Whether through research and development, technology innovation or solution engineering, our team members play a vital role in connecting consumers with the products and platforms of tomorrow. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + Champion portfolio and product management methodologies across business and IT teams, promoting a product-centric mindset. + Develop and maintain an 18-month strategic roadmap, aligning IT initiatives with business priorities and driving outcome-based planning. + Lead improvements to the IT project intake process and facilitate effective prioritization of requests based on strategic goals. + Create and deliver C-suite reporting dashboards to communicate portfolio health, performance, and key initiatives. + Ensure accountability across business PMO and IT Product Owners for roadmap execution, prioritization, and delivery quality. + Proactively identify and resolve execution risks, and influence stakeholders to adopt new processes and achieve portfolio objectives. **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience (7+ years). + 4+ years of experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and program management of cross-functional initiatives. + 4+ years of experience with DevOps methodologies and Product Lifecycle Management. + Hands on experience in Release Management and strategic roadmap development. + Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Jira. + Strong background in deployment planning, stakeholder collaboration, and technology-driven project execution. **Skills and Qualifications:** + Formal certification in project or portfolio management (e.g., PMP, PfMP) and strong familiarity with IT financial management principles. + Proven success driving initiatives in complex, ambiguous environments, with a focus on process improvement and delivery efficiency. + Experience in the telecommunications or satellite industry, with a strong grasp of SDLC and testing methodologies. + Skilled in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experienced in conflict resolution and stakeholder alignment. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority. + Comfortable presenting to and engaging with C-suite executives, translating technical initiatives into strategic outcomes.
