This role is available on the OCI AI Data Org. We are addressing exciting challenges at the intersection of artificial intelligence and cutting-edge cloud infrastructure. We are building cloud services and tools for all aspects of data-centric AI and machine learning lifecycle – data ingestion, synthetic data generation, data labeling, data benchmarking, model training and ML data infrastructure. Our services are used by both internal and external customers for processing machine learning data related to Vision, Language, Speech and other AI capabilities.

This is a highly visible role where you will own execution and program management of AI Data Team from India.  You will work with a diverse set of collaborators, senior leaders including senior executives, architects, product managers, development and design teams, and external partners to take ideas, turn them into mature products, and put them in the hands of the world’s most demanding customers. The successful candidate will have a passion for solving difficult problems in a collaborative, agile work environment, a curiosity about creativity and innovative thinking, and a good sense of empathy for both customers and engineering teams.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.  8+ years’ experience in a technical project or program management role  Understanding of SDLC and modern application development with web services  A proven ability to think broadly and strategically  Superior written communication skills Judgement, maturity, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills and leadership skills Must be comfortable working with large amounts of data

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience handling software and/or hardware development Experience leading cloud development projects Experience in enterprise cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, Etc.)
