Job overview and responsibilities
The Senior Program Manager - Information Techology will lead strategic alignment, governance, and execution excellence across a portfolio of technology and enterprise programs. Establish and enforce PMO standards to ensure robust delivery, manage risks, and optimize resources. Guide and mentor a team of project managers while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Drive timely delivery of objectives within scope and budget to achieve business goals and enhance organizational performance.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer science, Business Administration, STEM or related fieldExperienced with both agile/scrum and waterfall7+ years of experience in working on IT platforms/systems 5+ years' experience in managing applications and infrastructureExpert knowledge of program/product management, business case development, business analysis, functional design, and application delivery methodology
Analytical and critical thinking skills to address complex challenges and make informed, timely decisions under pressure, combined with adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments and a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in deliverables
Technical Skills: Program and Project Management: Expertise in methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approachesPMO Standards and Governance: Strong ability to define and enforce project management best practices, frameworks, and toolsRisk and Issue Management: Expertise in identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks and challengesResource Management: Ability to allocate and optimize resources across multiple projects

The base pay range for this role is $137,275.00 to $178,670.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
