Your Role:

Tenable is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary software initiatives across Engineering, Product, InfoSec, and IT. Program Managers at Tenable are central to our development lifecycle—responsible not only for delivering high-quality, high-impact software solutions on time and aligned with product strategy, but also for driving continuous improvements to how we build products. This role requires strong technical fluency, structured program leadership, and exceptional collaboration skills across business and technical teams.

Your Opportunity

Ensure all products within the Tenable portfolio align with the overall product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market objectivesOwn technical program planning and execution across Product, Engineering, IT, InfoSec, and other internal teams to deliver on roadmap item commitmentsFoster strong partnerships across technical and business teams to navigate priorities, timelines, and complex interdependenciesManage the creation, continuous refinement, and broad communication of the product roadmapProactively identify and resolve technical delivery challenges, from early concept through feature deployment, using creative problem-solving and cross-functional coordinationPerform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to timeThis position is US-based only

What You'll Need:

Must be able to work in a hybrid/on-site capacity at our Columbia, MD headquartersBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent technical experience8+ years of experience developing, managing, or supporting complex software or SaaS products Knowledge and/or experience with enterprise security solutions or infrastructure platforms is preferredHands-on experience with SaaS product development or deliveryFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesFamiliarity with Confluence, JIRA and ServiceNowExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teamsStrong project delivery and time management skills in fast-paced environmentsAbility to work at a computer for extended periods; some travel required for quarterly business meetingsPROSCI certification is highly desirable
