**Overview**
The Senior Program Manager oversees day-to-day project execution, serves as a primary client contact (in partnership with client services/account management) and ensures effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving among cross-functional teams to deliver marketing solutions for our client, a financial institution.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage day-to-day project execution, ensuring timelines and client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
+ Serve as one of the main points of contact for client stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and alignment across all initiatives.
+ Facilitate and lead twice-weekly internal status meetings; manage scheduling, prepare agendas, and document key discussion points and action items from all calls.
+ Maintain and regularly update the internal status document and client-facing status “weather map” to reflect all active projects, key milestones, and deadlines.
+ Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and production teams to guide projects from kickoff through final delivery.
+ Contribute to strategic discussions by offering insights grounded in project experience and knowledge of client's co-brand partnerships.
+ Proactively identify potential roadblocks and implement solutions to ensure consistent project momentum and high-quality deliverables across all phases. This includes coordinating copy editing, securing all necessary internal approvals, and confirming readiness before client delivery.
**Qualifications**
+ 5-7 years of relevant experience
+ Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and evolving priorities.
+ Ability to reprioritize tasks and manage timelines effectively in a fast-paced client environment.
+ Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
+ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Proof HQ, Basecamp, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to Have:
+ Familiarity with credit card marketing or financial services marketing.
+ Experience working with co-branded credit card programs or partnership marketing teams.
+ Background in creative development workflows, especially in direct mail, email campaigns, and print production.
**Additional information**
Compensation Range: $51 - $70 per hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 5/30/25.
