Senior Program Manager - Ads Product Operations

As our Senior Program Manager – Ads Product Operations, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our Ads Product team. Think of yourself as the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly—from strategic planning to team enablement. You’ll work closely with product leaders, engineers, marketers, and analysts to make sure we’re aligned, focused, and delivering real impact.
This role is remote-eligible, meaning you can work virtually from home or another non–Best Buy location.
What You’ll Do
- Lead annual and quarterly planning, including OKRs and roadmap alignment
- Run the show on product operations—intake, prioritization, and communication
- Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Sales, and more
- Build and manage team rhythms like business reviews and product demos
- Support team culture, engagement, and development alongside leadership
- Deliver clear, executive-ready reporting on progress and outcomes
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years in product operations, program management, or chief-of-staff roles
- Experience in AdTech, Retail Media, or digital product environments
- A knack for simplifying complexity and driving clarity
- Strong communication skills—you’re great at telling the story behind the data
- Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives and influence across teams
