Key Job functions include: + Leading global cross functional teams to meet project objectives + Lead the delivery of new products through the Hussmann NPI gate process + Support process improvement activities with Hussmann PMO Leader **Responsabilidades** + Lead a team of program managers to deliver projects and programs that support annual financial plans and objectives of the business, primarily focused on customer, market and technology innovation. + Develop program management talent to promote progression and increased responsibility.
