As a Senior Program Manager, you’ll have the drive to work through ambiguity and energy to ensure every deliverable is completed.

Here are some of the key responsibilities you will lead in this role:
Lead and execute key service development programs for new products and integrated solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Business Marketing, IT Systems, and Operational Delivery Govern complex programs through project streams coordination, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, CTO, Operations, etc.) ensuring interlock across multiple teams and business units Execute program plans (quality, risk, communication, resourcing, etc.) to align the program outcomes with stakeholder expectations and standards Monitor cost, schedule and technical performance of component projects and operations Ensure control of projects dealing with conflicting priorities, issues, risks dependencies and change Develop and communicate executive-level reporting on program achievements and progress against all KPIs Facilitate and support strategic discussions and recommendations at the director and VP level Champion our TELUS culture and values with new TELUS team members
