The Senior Program Manager will oversee complex aerospace programs, ensuring alignment with GE Aerospace's priorities of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). This role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving program execution, and delivering results that meet customer and organizational expectations.
Our Vandalia facility is located 50 minutes north of the GE Aerospace headquarters and sits just north of the city of Dayton—known widely as the birthplace of aviation—where the Wright Brothers built the world’s first aircraft in their bicycle shop in the heart of downtown Dayton. This business boasts a rich history, in operation for over 100 years. At over 140,000 square feet, the Vandalia facility rests on 27 acres right off Interstate 75.

Role & Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Lead and manage aerospace programs from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to SQDC principles.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.Project Planning: Develop detailed program plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure program success.Performance Monitoring: Track program progress, report on key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.Continuous Improvement: Apply lean principles to optimize program processes and outcomes.Required Qualifications
