What a day at EXP has in store for you
Serve as the primary point of contact for construction execution on assignedpackages.Manage schedule, cost, quality, and risk across multiple phases of construction.Coordinate with inspectors, design teams, airport operations, and contractorsto resolve field issues.Lead construction progress meetings and interface with key stakeholders.Review and approve contractor submittals, change orders, RFIs, and payapplications.Track progress against milestones and assist with claims avoidance ormitigation.Monitor and enforce contractor compliance with safety and security regulations.Support phasing, logistics, and operational continuity planning to avoiddisruption to airport operations.Collaborate with the Program Controls team to maintain accurate cost forecastsand reports.Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to on-site inspection and fieldstaff.
What your experience looks like
10+ years of progressive experience in construction management of large-scalevertical infrastructure projects.Airport construction experience preferred.Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, phasing, QA/QC protocols, and publicagency coordination.Ability to manage multiple contractors in a highly regulated environment.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or relatedfield preferred.Able to secure and maintain required airport security credentials.
