The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale government contracting program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, particularly in the areas of government operations and cybersecurity.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the assigned government program
Lead and mentor a team of 50+ professionals
Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and government regulations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Customer and key stakeholders
Drive program growth and identify new business opportunities
Manage program budgets, timelines, and deliverables
Continuously improve program efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless program execution
Qualifications:
Required:
TS/SCI clearance eligibility with polygraph
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Program Manager working with this specific Customer
Proven track record of managing large programs with more than 50 personnel
PMP certification or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire
Extensive experience in government contracting program management, including CPFF and LOE contracts
Proficiency in all aspects of personnel management, including recruiting, training, assignments, and career progression
Experience in maximizing contract value
Demonstrated ability to create and manage corporate partnerships for both existing work and new proposals
Energetic, positive, and entrepreneurial attitude
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior Customer and company management
Desired:
Former employment with the Customer, particularly in Operations and/or Cyber Operations
Experience in projecting estimated costs for complex programs

The proposed salary range for this position is:
