Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage end-to-end technical program execution for ADAS and vehicle autonomy features.
· Drive program planning, tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication across internal and external teams.
· Work closely with engineering leads on software architecture, systems integration, and functional safety compliance.
· Collaborate with product, engineering, and validation teams to define feature roadmaps and delivery schedules.
· Act as the primary customer interface for program execution – manage expectations, handle escalations, and ensure satisfaction.
· Champion systems engineering best practices including requirements management, traceability, and change control.
· Ensure alignment across OS, middleware, perception, sensor fusion, and algorithm development teams.
· Mentor and lead multi-disciplinary teams across global locations, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
· Use data and analytics to drive decision-making, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
· Represent the company in technical and executive stakeholder engagements.
Work Experience
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
· 15+ years of experience in the automotive software industry, with at least 5 years in a technical program management or engineering leadership role.
· Strong domain knowledge in ADAS, autonomous driving, embedded systems, operating systems, and control algorithms.
· Proven track record of managing complex software programs across multiple domains and stakeholders.
· Hands-on experience in systems engineering, software development lifecycle (V-model, ASPICE), and functional safety (ISO 26262).
· Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a results-driven approach.
· Experience working in a fast-paced, global, and collaborative R&D environment.

· PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification.
· Experience working with Tier-1 suppliers and OEMs.
· Familiarity with automotive standards like AUTOSAR, MISRA, and cybersecurity (ISO 21434).
· Experience managing teams across multiple geographies.
