Senior Program Manager, Non Sort (H&B) DEX
Amazon.com
Amazon India’s Delivery Experience (DEX) team is looking for a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to lead the next phase of transformation for our Non-Sort (Heavy & Bulky - H&B) fulfillment network. This role is core to our long-term mission of improving customer experience through faster delivery speeds and lowering cost-to-serve—key levers that accelerate the Amazon flywheel.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be part of a small team that owns the end-to-end charter for Speed Improvement and Cost Reduction across the Non-Sort + AMXL network, a specialized fulfillment topology designed for large-format and non-sortable items like appliances, TVs, and furniture. This is a highly cross-functional and strategic role that will interface with Operations, SCOT Tech, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams to drive structural shifts in network design and execution.
Key job responsibilities
Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end execution of the Non-Sort transformation roadmap, including the transition of selection from the Core mixed-sort network to a dedicated Non-Sort + AMXL network.
Speed & Cost Optimization: Identify and execute initiatives to reduce long-zone shipments, improve regionalization, increase throughput, and enhance delivery speeds for large-format selection.
Network Design: Partner with Topology, Product, and Tech teams to implement and scale MINT (Multi-Tier Integrated Network Topology) and dedicated Non-Sort IXDs (Inbound/Outbound Nodes).
Tech Integration: Drive tech parity for Non-Sort ASINs with Core network features like SCOT automation, SSD, Tez compatibility, and national discoverability—working closely with Product/Tech teams to close existing feature gaps.
Benchmarking & Insights: Lead CX/SX/VX benchmarking of Non-Sort vs. Core and global networks to identify best practices and shape design decisions.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior stakeholders across Ops, Finance, SCOT, and Category teams to influence prioritization and drive alignment on regionalization strategy (hard vs. input/output goals).
Performance Metrics: Track input/output goals (e.g., 1D GVS, LIS, IXD utilization, SoROOS) to monitor progress and refine strategies as needed.
3-Year Planning: Contribute to long-term savings and speed acceleration plans, with projected impact of INR 2005MM in fulfillment cost reduction over the next 3 years.
