About the TeamWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager for Early in Career talent to lead and oversee multiple projects within Entry-Level Talent Recruiting (Talent Acquisition), Cisco. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning project objectives with business goals, ensuring successful execution, and managing cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation.
What You'll DoProgram Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and oversee program strategies that align with business objectives.Project Coordination: Lead multiple interrelated projects, ensuring seamless execution, on-time delivery, and quality outcomes.Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and project teams, to ensure alignment and communication.Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, lead budgets, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project completion.Performance Monitoring: Track program performance, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and report progress to senior leadership.Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure contingency plans are in place.Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve program methodologies, workflows, and best practices.Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all program activities align with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Who You'll Work WithYou’ll partner closely with teams across Talent Acquisition, HR, and Compliance to align talent strategies with Cisco’s broader goals—driving inclusivity, enabling growth, and contributing to long-term success.
Who You AreEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 12+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably HR program management experience in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment.
