What you can look forward to as Sr. Program Buyer

 

Represent Purchasing/Supply Chain within CVS to the project team. Ensure on-time program launches and delivery at or below target cost. Collaborate effectively with the project team to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets. Manage price piece tooling and other cost areas. Handle engineering changes, tooling, and capacity. Interact with buyers and managers of different commodities. Participate in special projects or orders.

 

Your Profile as Sr. Program Buyer

 

Bachelor's Degree, master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of program purchasing experience or similar position. Advanced English language skills. Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably commercial vehicles. Experience in large organizations with global scope purchasing responsibilities. Proficiency in SAP / QAD systems and project management. Knowledge of core tools / GDPEP and GD&T. Understanding of supply chain, inventories, planning, criteria taxes, and customs.
