**Job Description**
**Turner & Townsend** is seeking an experienced **Senior Program Analyst** to join our team to help oversee a construction program for our tech client. The ideal individual will be experienced in maintaining client relationships, stakeholder management, financial reporting, procurement and contracting, and successful program delivery.
The Senior Program Analyst will be a crucial member of the Turner & Townsends client Engineering Change Management (ECM) team, responsible for partnering with Product, Design, Construction, and Operational Data Center Teams to manage changes for in-flight projects. This role will leverage strong analytical and technical skills to develop and maintain robust reporting and dashboarding capabilities, providing critical insights into the effectiveness and impact of the ECM program.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Management Systems –Responsible for influencing the use of the defined process and procedures by the execution teams as part of their delivery approach at each phase of the program.
+ Information management systems - Responsible for influencing the use of the agreed information management system by the execution teams as part of their delivery approach at each phase of the program.
+ Design management - Responsible for gathering design requirements of the client, end user and stakeholders and documenting in a program specific brief as part of the initial definition phase. And Responsible for validating corporate standardization with respect to design is used to achieve efficiency and best value.
+ Stakeholder Management - Responsible for identifying delivery and execution stakeholders, maintaining communication, influencing stakeholder involvement, and obtaining input as required. And responsible for the day-to-day stakeholder interface assuring that projects are delivered to time, cost and quality targets.
+ Funding - Responsible for obtaining all project funding required prior to the initiation capital works aligned to governance structure.
+ Contract Strategy - Responsible for defining the contracting strategy which considers all aspect of the requirements and that motivates performance and assures the delivery of required outcomes are undertaken by the execution teams
+ Develop and Maintain Dashboards and Reports: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports using tools such as PLX, SQL, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and data from various file formats (e.g., google sheets, spreadsheets).
+ Data Extraction and Manipulation: Extract, clean, transform, and load data from relevant data sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
+ SQL and BigQuery Expertise: Utilize strong SQL skills to query and analyze large datasets in BigQuery and other databases to extract meaningful insights related to change management activities.
+ Generate Presentation-Ready Materials: Create high-quality, data-driven slides and reports for presentations to program leadership, stakeholders, and executive management.
+ Documentation: Develop documentation around analysis workflow in a variety of formats, including in visual, written, and presentation forms, with the ability to simultaneously communicate technical approach to stakeholders with varied technical backgrounds.
+ Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to change management, analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-backed recommendations.
+ Support Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide data and insights to support informed decision-making regarding change management processes, resource allocation, and program improvements.
+ Collaborate with Tracking Tools: Work closely with the team responsible for the centralized change management database (Buganizer, P6, Autodesk ACC & BIM360 combined with Looker Studio) to ensure data accuracy and alignment for reporting purposes.
+ Identify Reporting Needs: Proactively identify and understand the reporting needs of various stakeholders and develop solutions to meet those needs effectively.
+ Automate Reporting Processes: Identify opportunities to automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
+ Identify and collaborate with the Change Management team on future program enhancements as needed.
+ SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or experience equal to such.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in program (PMO) and change management on major projects and programs.
+ A thorough knowledge of Program Management methods and best practices.
+ A thorough knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, schedule and scope management.
+ Minimum 5 years using spreadsheet tools for ad-hoc data analysis across technical, business, and admins
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development using tools like SQL, BigQuery, PLX (or similar), and Looker Studio (or similar data visualization platforms).
+ Experience supporting or working in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry.
+ Demonstrated strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
+ Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts.
+ Proven record of successfully developing and implementing reporting solutions that drive business insights.
+ Excellent communication skills across multi-discipline / cross-functional stakeholders including executive management, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
+ Proficiency in data manipulation and cleaning techniques.
**Additional Information**
**The salary range for this full-time role is** **$130,000-160,000** **per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.**
