Job Title: Senior Professional, Internal IT & Security Communications Job Description The Senior Professional, Internal IT & Security Communications is a crucial role responsible for developing and executing clear, concise, and engaging communications that inform and connect employees with internal IT initiatives, services, and changes. This role will bring the various organization-wide IT and Security initiatives to life through thoughtful and creative communications and will elevate the narrative from features to benefits and outcomes. Most importantly, you will promise never to use the term ‘state-of-the-art’, and you know why. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong understanding of IT concepts, and the ability to translate complex information into easily digestible formats which resonate with non-technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** **Technology Communication:** + Plan and execute organization-wide comms to facilitate change management and ensure adoption and success of IT & Security initiatives. + Work with subject matter experts to create job aids, instructional videos and frequently asked questions in the company intranet site. + Coordinate with the global and regional internal communications teams to ensure the crafting, alignment and delivery of communications. + Track adoption and success initiatives and gather feedback to assess the effectiveness of initiatives. **Internal and Executive Communications:** + Draft, edit, and distribute internal newsletters and org announcements. + Manage communication campaigns to promote organizational and functional initiatives, events, and key updates to employees. + Monitor and gather feedback on internal communication efforts to implement improvements. + Collaborate with functional leaders to understand and support the communications needs. **Knowledge Management and Intranet:** + Oversee the intranet and other internal communication platforms, ensuring timely and engaging content. + Plan, organize and manage content for internal communication channels like MS Teams Channels and intranet sites. + Collaborate with teams within ITS to capture and disseminate employee stories, testimonials, and success stories.
