Experience and Qualifications:

5+ years in manufacturing supervision Understanding of woodworking, upholstery, cutting and finishing operations Strong grasp of Lean Manufacturing Proven leadership Technical literacy – basic manufacturing data

 

Skills:

Leadership Operational excellence Quality & Safety Analytics & Reporting Communication Continuous improvement process mapping
