As_ **_Senior Production Planner_** _you will be responsible to_ _Ensure the execution of the production planning schedule in alignment with customer due dates and productivity goals. Monitor finished goods inventories at their optimum levels to maintain desired on-time delivery (OTD) and customer service levels._ **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 1. Create production schedules to fulfill customer needs while achieving productivity goals. 2. Ensure timely provision of the production schedule. 3. Address customer escalations as needed. 4. Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTD and sales. 5. Collaborate with different departments to achieve sales goals and meet customer requirements. 6. Project sales at the end of the month for areas under responsibility. 7. Ensure department activities comply with the Quality Management System (QMS) standards (ISO-9001 and IATF16949) and are aligned with the strategic direction of the organization and business context. 8. Ensure quality management system requirements and resources are fully integrated and available within all business processes. 9.
