Overview As a Senior Production Manager at Leo Stockholm, Publicis newly formed creative agency, you will step into a key role where you lead and take responsibility for the entire project cycle – from approved brief to final delivery. You are both strategic and hands-on, with a sharp eye for detail, efficiency, and business impact. You will manage budgets, timelines, and team coordination, ensuring quality in every delivery. You are also a natural relationship builder who strengthens collaboration with clients, partners, and internal teams. The role requires strong business acumen, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for communication across all channels. Responsibilities Operational Project Management & Production Manage projects across all channels from brief to delivery Lead the internal team during the production phase Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and budgets are met Coordinate with departments and partners to maintain up-to-date project information Oversee proofreading and quality assurance throughout the process Conduct status meetings and write contact reports Business Responsibility & Finance Hold overall financial responsibility for your projects Create project budgets, monitor progress, and keep costs within scope Handle procurement, supplier relations, and invoice management Identify upselling opportunities within existing client relationships Leadership & Development Request and coordinate the right competencies for each project Coach junior production managers and contribute to team development Streamline and evaluate internal workflows Qualifications You are a structured and solution-oriented project manager with a strong sense for both detail and the bigger picture. You are naturally driven, confident in client interactions, and experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously. You are passionate about communication and always one step ahead in both planning and problem-solving.
