**Job Description:**
**_About the Role:_**
Join our team at our Manawa, WI facility, home to the production of a variety of dry blend products! As the Senior Production Manager, you’ll provide leadership across all manufacturing departments to ensure safety, productivity, quality, cost control, equipment uptime, and employee engagement. In this key role, you’ll coach and mentor the operations team, drive continuous improvement (TMOS/LEAN) initiatives, and foster a culture of ownership and accountability to help us achieve our company’s strategic goals. **_You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:_**
+ Lead, guide, and support the Production Team to production targets and schedules while ensuring safety and quality.
+ Establish clear goals and accountability with direct reports and provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and developmental activities to drive a high-performance, high-engagement culture.
+ Develop and implement food safety and quality initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest product standards.
+ Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives leveraging LEAN/TMOS principles to enhance safety, quality, uptime, and cost-effectiveness.
+ Interpret and utilize available data (line speeds, setup guidelines, process data) to identify improvement opportunities that boost productivity and equipment reliability.
+ Foster an environment of teamwork and employee engagement by providing transparent communication and advocating for team needs at all organizational levels.
+ Coordinate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to align production with financial, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
+ Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities for continuous optimization.
**_Important Details:_**
+ This is a full-time, on-site role on first shift. Ability to flex schedule across shifts as needed; minimal travel required.
**_You’ll fit right in if you have:_**
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, industrial technology, or a related field.
+ Seven to ten years of progressive manufacturing experience, with a minimum of 3 years at a senior manager level in production or food manufacturing.
+ Experience in Continuous Improvement/Lean/TMOS environments is highly preferred. MBA is a plus.
+ Proven ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams to drive safety, productivity, and quality improvements.
+ Strong communication, organizational, and delegation skills.
+ Knowledge of safety regulations, food safety standards, and quality control processes.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
