日本では、世界中のDanfossの工場で作られている上記製品の販売・サービスの他、京都府亀岡市に京都工場（Danfoss Power Solutions (Japan) Ltd.）があり、国内外の建機、農機メーカーや港湾、ダムといった公共インフラ向けの油圧機器の開発・生産を実施しています。

京都工場は、かつて住友重機械工業の京都工場として油圧機器の開発・生産を行っていましたが、業界の整理・統合に伴い、2023年よりDanfossの京都工場として事業を継続しています。

Job Responsibilities

Job Description
京都工場では従来製品に加え、新しい製品の量産を計画しています。
従来製品の生産の効率化（新工法の導入、新設備の導入等）の他、新しい製品の量産準備、設備導入、 立上げ等、過去の経験を活かした工場の再編、改善を通じて、将来の生産技術のトップマネージャーへ 成長頂きたいと考えています。
• 新製品の量産立ち上げに向けた設備導入、工程設計、工場インフラの整備
• 既存設備の改良による品質・生産性・保全性の向上（例：MTBF/MTTR 改善など）
• 工場全体の運営改善に向けた、生産・品質・調達など他部門との連携強化
• 若手・メンバー層への技術的指導や、改善活動のファシリテーショ

Background & Skills

Key Requirements
• 大学、大学院の理科系出身
• 工場のインフラおよび加工、組立等生産設備の設備導入立案から導入、立上の経験 ※3 年以上
• 工場の生産性改善経験（例えば節電や機械の生産性改善等）
• チームリーダ、プロジェクトリーダ等、まとめ役としての経験または能力
• 英語への拒絶感がないこと
