**Job Description**
**Are you eager to build digital tools using MS Power Apps that will optimize key parts of the LEGO® Production?**
Bring your Power Platform skills to life and help shape the digital transformation of LEGO® Operations by developing and deploying low-code solutions that streamline operations across departments.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
**Core Responsibilities**
In this position, you will mainly be working with Microsoft Power BI tools, apps and reports. More specifically, you will:
+ Design, develop and maintain business intelligence (BI) tools using MS Power Apps to support daily operations.
+ Automate business processes through MS Power Automate.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders and departments to identify needs and translate them into low-code solutions.
+ Actively propose improvements through low-code innovation.
+ Manage and maintain production-related SQL databases.
+ Support deployment and adoption of new tools across departments.
+ Contribute to BI development strategy and digital product delivery.

As part of the Business Intelligence LCI EU Packing team within LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI), you will work in a dynamic environment focused on digitalizing and optimizing processes across the Kladno LEGO® Production. Our mission is to deliver actionable insights, smart automation, and tailored BI products that support every corner of the business — from production lines to planning teams.
The team consists of 7 dedicated colleagues, who collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and strategic planning in the organization. Our purpose is to develop products that enable digital transformation in Kladno Production!
**Do you have what it takes?**
The ideal candidate comes with 3+ years of experience working with BI and Data Analytics. In addition, you have:
+ Solid experience with Power Apps Development being able to design and implement applications to streamline operations.
+ Proven skills in BI and data tools like Microsoft Power Automate to automate workflows and integrate various services and data sources.
+ Experience with SQL (database design, query optimization, etc.)
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills – ability to build strong networks, trustworthy relationships and cooperate across departments.
+ Team player attitude.
+ Willingness to travel approx. 5–7 days per year.
+ Proficiency in English and Czech, both written and verbal.
Furthermore, it would be an advantage, if you have:
+ Experience and knowledge of DAX and Dataverse.
+ Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
+ Experience with technical development projects.
+ Project Management experience, preferably Agile Project Management (APM) and SCRUM.
