**Job Description:**
Acts as the senior product representative on a client team and is solely responsible for all product transactions with key clients. Negotiates fee structures. Has extensive, in-depth knowledge of product functions and can operate independently in handling transactions. Strong client relationship skills used to control and coordinate all aspects of a transaction, from marketing and documentation to closing.
The Private Equity/Real Assets Product Sourcing & Origination team strives to develop and maintain a comprehensive product offering calendar across Private Markets including: Private Equity, Credit, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Special Situations and Energy Transition within its Alternative Investments platform for various client demographics.
In addition to product sourcing, deal negotiating and feeder fund structuring this position may require connectivity with financial advisors and clients to execute complex product transactions across private placements and RICs.
The role is an integral part of the broader team Private Markets team responsible across the illiquid spectrum of Alternative Investments including private equity, real estate, real assets, credit and special situations as well as perpetual and evergreen offerings.
Initiatives specifically include:
+ Sourcing managers/funds
+ Onboarding managers and launching feeder funds and direct investments
+ Determining offering and pricing structures
+ Negotiating terms
+ Managing external funds relationships while assisting on existing products
+ Driving initiatives that advance and support a robust Alternative Investments platform that meets the unique needs of the private bank / institutional clients
+ The Private Equity/Real Assets Product Origination team strives to develop and maintain a comprehensive product offering calendar across its Alternative Investments platform for various client demographics.
+ In addition to product sourcing, deal negotiating and feeder fund structuring this position may act as secondary coverage for financial advisors and clients to execute complex product transactions across private placements and RICs.
+ The role works alongside the broader team Private Equity/Real Assets Origination team responsible across the illiquid spectrum of Alternative Investments including private equity, real estate, real assets, credit and special situations
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Working in conjuction with Sales and due Diligence to determine appropriate funds to offer to ML clients
+ Developing appropriate legal structure and operational process for each productAssisting in determining pricing structures
+ Negotiating business and operating terms with fund managers
+ Coordinating launching and oversight of private equity funds
+ Coordinating investment and business due diligence efforts
+ Ensuring proper internal and external legal review
+ Coordinating internal review processes
+ Creating contractual agreements and business proposals
+ Analyzing private equity offering documents to determine business, legal and headline risk
+ Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all private equity fund structures, terms and other industry trends
+ Specific responsibilities for the management of existing products and external fund relationship efforts will include but not be limited to:
+ Coordinating appropriate actions to address developing matters with existing funds
+ Drafting formal communications for financial advisors and clients
+ Ongoing maintenance of platform collateral
+ Integration of offerings across the Bank of America platform
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Knowledge of financial market
+ Demonstrated capability to work in a team environment
+ Ability to manage and execute multiple projects
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 preferred at time of hire or must be able to obtain within 120 days of start date.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ 8+ years of general financial industry experience with preference of strong alternative experience, within private equity origination or deal sourcing
+ Bachelor’s degree (concentrated in Finance or Business MBA)

Pay range
$116,000.00 - $225,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
