For more information, please visit www.lexmachina.com. About the Role: As a Senior Product Manager at Lex Machina, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of legal analytics. You will lead the development of innovative features and drive the expansion of our platform into new areas of law. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineers, legal data experts, and AI specialists to transform complex legal data into actionable insights that empower our users. Responsibilities: + Be a leader, collaborator, and integral part of a high-performing team of product managers and legal experts. + Define product features for a SaaS product serving the legal industry. + Play a key role in contributing to product strategy and go-to-market initiatives. + Partner with customers to understand how our product fits into their workflows, data needs, and internal goals. + Apply data-driven and customer-centric approaches to legal technology. + Balance technical feasibility with market needs to deliver high-impact solutions. + Report metrics, status, blockers, and achievements to leadership across the organization. Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree on computer science, IT or equivalent + 7+ years of experience in software product management. + Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building solutions based on real user needs. + Hands-on experience with software development practices and working with integrated teams. + Strong technical background and ability to collaborate with developers and legal technologists. + Proven leadership skills, decision-making ability, and results orientation. + Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization. + Fluent English communication (C1 minimum).
