Senior Product Owner - Cloud & Hosting

As a Senior Product Owner Cloud & Hosting (AWS), in our Global Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Services team, you will unlock the full potential of cloud technologies for ASISC by defining and executing a strategic product vision that accelerates adoption and delivers measurable value. You will lead the evolution of global cloud and hosting services, with a strong focus on FinOps, SecOps, and Infra/CloudOps, driving automation, enabling secure and efficient cloud migration, and ensuring robust service delivery and vendor performance.

How you will help us:

Based in our Hoofddorp headquarters and reporting to the Head of Global Enterprise Service & Cloud Infrastructure Management, as part of the role you will:

Own the Cloud and Hosting Services Product Roadmap. You will develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and stakeholder needs, manage the product backlog, and communicate the product roadmap and backlog to relevant stakeholders

Coordinate Cloud Adoption Projects. Through close collaboration with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will champion cloud adoption by identifying opportunities, translating stakeholder demands into actional plans, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to plan and execute migration strategies.

Ensure High-quality Service Delivery. You will manage vendor relationships, ensuring they deliver on their commitments and provide value and needed services in the FinOps, SecOps, Infra/Cloud Ops domains, and conduct regular vendor performance reviews, evaluating vendors against meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs.

Ensure our CMDB is accurately maintained and updated.  You will oversee the integration of our Configuration Management Database with other IT service management processes and ensure it is updated with relevant configuration items.

What we are looking for:

Demonstrable Cloud Domain Expertise. You have at least 7 years of experience in IT, preferably in a cloud platform focused role and possess an in-depth understanding of AWS services, cloud architecture best practices, and the intricacies of FinOps, SecOps, and Infra/CloudOps within an AWS environment.

Stakeholder Engagement and Global Collaboration Skills. You excel at building strong relationships with global stakeholders at all levels. You can convey complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences and work with cross-functional teams and vendors to achieve common goals.

Vendor Management Experience. You have hands-on experience overseeing vendor relationships for critical IT services, managing performance, negotiating commitments, ensuring service delivery quality, and resolving issues effectively.

Strategic Vision and Data-Driven Execution. You are able to define a clear, value-driven product strategy aligned with overall business objectives and are proficient in using data and metrics to measure product outcomes, track adoption, assess impact, and drive continuous improvement.

Proficiency in Change Management and Adoption. You are skilled in championing cloud adoption, promoting best practices and managing the organizational change associated with evolving cloud technologies.
