**Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field + 7+ years in Information Technology related field + 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, ideally with exposure to B2B integration or supply chain environments. + Demonstrated experience with Agile practices, including backlog management and participation in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives). + Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) + Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with both technical teams and external partners. + Goal and outcome oriented with excellent work ethic, self-motivation, and demonstrable experience motivating others + Familiarity with integration technologies and standards **Preferred Qualifications:** + Direct experience working within supply chain or order fulfillment processes + Hands on technical experience or ability to relate to technical topics and participate in conversations about architecture and development + Familiarity with incident and support systems (e.g., ServiceNow) to manage post-production support effectively. + Experience with integration technologies and standards (EDI, JSON, Flat Files, cXML) as well as understanding of backend systems such as Oracle EBS and middleware like WebMethods. + Ability to quickly learn and understand the usage of new technologies, frameworks, and tools Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $104,800.00 to $131,000.00 annually [or $xx.xx to $xx.xx per hour]. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
