Senior Product Owner
World Wide Technology
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
+ 7+ years in Information Technology related field
+ 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, ideally with exposure to B2B integration or supply chain environments.
+ Demonstrated experience with Agile practices, including backlog management and participation in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
+ Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
+ Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with both technical teams and external partners.
+ Goal and outcome oriented with excellent work ethic, self-motivation, and demonstrable experience motivating others
+ Familiarity with integration technologies and standards
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Direct experience working within supply chain or order fulfillment processes
+ Hands on technical experience or ability to relate to technical topics and participate in conversations about architecture and development
+ Familiarity with incident and support systems (e.g., ServiceNow) to manage post-production support effectively.
+ Experience with integration technologies and standards (EDI, JSON, Flat Files, cXML) as well as understanding of backend systems such as Oracle EBS and middleware like WebMethods.
+ Ability to quickly learn and understand the usage of new technologies, frameworks, and tools
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $104,800.00 to $131,000.00 annually [or $xx.xx to $xx.xx per hour]. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
