The Marketplace Marketing team is looking for a collaborative and entrepreneurial Sr. Product Marketing Manager to help define and drive the category management strategy and execution for our commercial (B2B) marketplace. This includes identifying, developing, and leading several marketing initiatives to create transactional opportunities and amplify marketplace platform business growth.
This Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Marketplace Category Management, will be responsible for improving customer experience and growing our business. They will plan, coordinate, and build new web pages and merchandising opportunities across the marketplace as well as create and analyze metrics dashboards following traffic, impressions, click-through rates, conversion, and other funnel metrics. They will report on performance and action plans along with proposing, developing, and executing new upsell and cross-sell capabilities, partnering with business and technical teams to achieve goals.
They will also help drive new marketplace capability launches to completion by coordinating with product managers, designers, researchers, developers, sales teams, and peers across the marketing organization. This individual will operate at a Microsoft-wide level, working across all business groups within Marketing – engaging with key stakeholders and executives across Azure, AI Business Solutions, and Security, as well as with Commerce Engineering, Finance, and our Global Channel Partner Solutions team.
