Senior Product Marketing Manager, IBM Consulting

If so, let’s talk. **Your role and responsibilities** The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for our core Customer Experience Transformation solutions and services within IBM Consulting (spanning Marketing, Sales, Service and Commerce), and leads the development of the messaging, content, programs and resources needed to market and sell our solutions globally. He/she leads end-to-end go to market planning, execution and performance for this defined portfolio of CX Transformation offerings within IBM Consulting, and: * Acts as the primary marketing strategist and advisor for the IBMC Offering and/or Service Line leaders he/she is aligned to; * Understands and communicates our market opportunity, competitive set, client personas, business needs and use cases; * Defines offering positioning and crafts unique and compelling messaging to drive consideration and preference in the market; * Owns the development of marketing plans, aligned to business priorities and desired outcomes; * Works with sales and across disciplines within the IBM Marketing & Communications organization to drive the multi-channel execution of the GTM plan spanning digital, social, paid media, events, etc. to hit desired business outcomes; * Identifies and assists in building client stories to promote externally; * Tracks performance and takes action to optimize campaign performance. Advocates and collaborates across IBM MCC and Sales: * Collaborates with Geography marketing leads to share Offering positioning, messaging and content, as well as align on local marketing strategy; * Drives tactical, cross-channel marketing execution spanning digital, social, paid media, events, analyst relations, external communications, etc., working in close partnership with those cross-functional teams. **Required technical and professional expertise** * 10+ years of B2B, SaaS, partner/product marketing or similar experience * Agile mindset with strong project management skills * Strategic and data-driven decision making * Ability to communicate and collaborate across functions and geographies to drive influence * Proficient with spreadsheets & presentation applications * Exceptional writing and presentation skills * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * User- and client- centric mindset **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Expertise in CX consulting, familiarity with the current competitive landscape * Additional related cross-functional marketing experience: communications, demand, content, social, digital marketing and/or performance management * Ability to analyze pipeline and performance information and suggest corrective actions * Experience with Salesforce and Adobe solutions IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
