Senior Product Marketing Manager, Client Sales
We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and creative Senior Product Marketing Manager to  help drive messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy/execution for our flagship products: All-Included Care and Navigation. This Senior PMM will play a crucial role in shaping our client value and upsell narratives, equipping our Sales and Client Success teams with compelling assets to defend and grow our revenue base, expanding our market opportunity, and translating reporting metrics and complex product capabilities into clear, data-driven stories that resonate with existing clients. 
The ideal candidate for this role has the ability to:- Inform client retention and upsell strategy – including product positioning, packaging, and pricing – and our product roadmap by executing effective market and competitive research- Bring our differentiators and value proposition to life by developing upsell product narratives, client reporting narratives, and case studies that combine crisp storytelling, compelling visuals, and persuasive data - Increase retention and upsell rates by tailoring base positioning and sales assets to specific client audiences for high-priority strategy and upsell opportunities- Deliver results in complex, cross-functional projects through clear communication, effective prioritization, strategic thinking, and collaboration across teams
This position is ultimately about strategy, effective marketing, communication, and relationship-building. You will work closely with the General Management, Sales, Client Success, Analytics, Solutions Consulting, Consultant Relations, and Clinical teams to achieve your goals. 
Responsibilities:Market research & competitive positioning: Monitor the market and conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and ensure a deep understanding of our buyers Conduct thorough competitive intelligence gathering and analysis, including documenting details on feature sets and pricing to develop clear competitive positioning and messaging that differentiates our offeringsDevelop and maintain a deep perspective on our client landscape to gather insights; help shape client growth and retention strategy; and inform product pricing, packaging, and roadmap prioritizationClient-focused messaging, positioning & enablers:Build, maintain, and expand a suite of foundational client marketing assets — including pitch decks, one-pagers, member stories, and more — to support upsell/renewal conversationsPartner with Analytics to develop scalable reporting processes and templates that tell compelling, data-driven stories highlighting the value of clients' existing products and building the case for upsell opportunitiesPartner with Growth Marketing & Corporate Communications to identify and develop case studies that reinforce the impact of our products and services through real-world examples Partner with Client Success, Sales, and Solutions Consulting to provide strategic support and tailored assets for high-value, strategic client meetings in support of retention and upsell goalsMaintain internal informational pages about our products and features to ensure go-to-market teams have the latest knowledge and messaging related to assigned products and featuresDrive and partner on projects that increase team efficiency, and allow us to operate at increasing scaleRequired Qualifications:7+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong focus on client marketing and upsell enablement.Proven ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, extract key insights, and tell a compelling story using statistics.Demonstrated experience in creating high-quality sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, and other enablement materials.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using the Google and/or Microsoft Suite of products Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships and work effectively cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams.Demonstrate a deep understanding of our buyers’ employee healthcare challenges and how to connect them to Included Health products and services that will deliver value.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:MBAPreference for those with experience in digital health and/or employer benefits, The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $120,050 - $156,070 + equity + benefits  Zone B: $132,055 - $171,677 + equity + benefits  

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.
Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
