Senior Product Manager - VALORANT Mobile

Valorant is Riot’s take on a character-based tactical shooter. As a Publishing Product Manager on VALM, you will join VAL China Publishing Team to ensure a cohesive player experience in-and-out of the game. The team will support VALM to make rightful product related decisions across both Engagement and Monetization, to not only ensure a satisfying game experience to players, but also a long-term sustainable business for Riot Games. You will work closely with our regional product, publishing, and global teams across many craft and functions. 

Responsibilities:  You will partner with Tencent, local marketing and global VAL teams in orchestrating a cohesive VALM player journey that connects games with all around publishing efforts to drive enhanced VAL programed experience for mobile players. You will work with local and global teams to drive product strategy/feature exploration that drive organic growth of the game across both engagement and monetization, from expanding channel capabilities, operating in-game events, to exploring new enhanced features for Mobile. You will work closely with the local insight and various teams to keep close attention to product health and general mobile market trends,  and in providing timely business insights and performance updates to global leadership. Act as a mentor for team members on strategy and execution level. Required Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ of professional experience in management consulting, strategic user research, insights or business intelligence  Rich experiences in video games and mobile and deep understanding of product management with strong critical thinking Fluent in Chinese and English, and can drive collaboration across language and culture  Experience fully owning a product or feature from ideation to launch Experience building trust and strong cross team communication skills Willingness to travel frequently
