About the Role:

Bitdefender seeks an experienced product leader to join our Technology Licensing Product Management team. This is a key role for driving the go-to-product and go-to-market execution for the company’s OEM, white-labelled/rebranded products, sandbox and threat intel services. You will be responsible for defining and executing product/service strategy, leading market and buyer insights, positioning, and supporting content development, demand generation, and field and channel enablement activities.
Successful candidates must have prior experience in taking to market product and solutions designed for the OEM partners and have been responsible for the business P&L. Strong preference will be given to candidates with a current or former role specific to managing similar products and/or business. The role will be a spokesperson and subject matter expert internally and externally for the product or solution portfolio. Responsibilities:
Responsible for the commercial success of the Bitdefender solutions portfolio designed for OEM partners (technology licensing). The specific portfolio under this role resides with SDKs, white-labelled/rebranded/cobranded projects, sandbox technologies and threat intel services.
Be the market expert for internal stakeholders regarding the service elements from the OEM partner use case to buyer/influencer/user personas to competitive landscape.
Track the performance/P&L of the business end-to-end (engineering, product, security operations, sales pipeline, marketing, and G&A), report to upper management and take corrective actions, as necessary.
Inspire and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive sales traction and revenue.
Define the go-to-product vision and drive the roadmap for the managed services line of business, while continually staying focused on innovation and thinking strategically about competitive positioning
Acting as coach/player for your line of business, drive market requirements informed by partners/prospect and field interaction, market research, and knowledge of the enterprise IT security landscapes applicable to Technology licensing.
Work closely with PMMs/TMMs to develop go-to-market strategies and plans.
Be the SME/spokesperson for the product/service with analysts, as well as with partners at tradeshows and other events.
Support sales enablement content and delivery for internal sellers and partners including development of call scripts, training presentations, cheat sheets, etc.

Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of cybersecurity industry experience related to cyber security technologies, product management, and business leadership.
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and OEM/Technology licensing offerings and markets;
Preferred prior experience interacting with OEM partners  
Demonstrated experience in managing a cybersecurity offering
Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and tools such as Sandbox, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, XDR, Endpoint Protection, Cloud Workloads Security, and Incident Response.
Strong people management skills, with proven ability to effectively work with global cross-functional teams and external customers.
Experience with product/technology evangelism in exec level briefings and industry events, accompanied by excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Experience using agile project management tools such as the Atlassian suite (Jira, Bamboo, Confluence, etc.)
Proven ability to effectively work with global cross-functional teams and external customers.
Must be self-motivated and a proactive self-starter.
BA/BS degree in computer science or related field is preferred. 
Product/project management certifications are desired but not mandatory (e.g. Pragmatic Marketing, PMP, Six Sigma, etc.)
Available for international travel; up to 25% of the time will be required.
