Amazon.com
Amazon's Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) shapes how the world's most complex logistics network operates. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager-Technical (PM-T) to drive our next phase of innovation in capacity management.
Our mission centers on orchestrating Amazon's global supply chain capacity. We integrate planning and execution systems across all network segments - from inbound operations to storage, transfers, and outbound delivery. This role sits at the intersection of these critical functions, unifying them through centralized capacity management.
You will lead the transformation of our capacity planning systems. This involves creating closed-loop workflows that harmonize execution systems with capacity targets, backed by advanced optimization algorithms. Your work will directly impact how millions of packages flow through Amazon's network each day.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience in cross-functional leadership, particularly in collaborating with Science, Engineering, and Analytics teams. You should demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and a track record of simplifying complex processes. Success in this role requires both technical depth and the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
We have a team culture that encourages innovation and expect individuals and management alike to take a high degree of ownership for the product vision, and project delivery.
You'll work in a fast-paced environment where your decisions will shape the future of Amazon's supply chain systems.
