We are seeking a tenured Product Manager with a deep technical background and a successful history of delivering high-impact, multi-organizational, and multi-year initiatives. This role is critical for driving the Premium Shopping Experience for Amazon. Key job responsibilities • Manage product end-to-end lifecycles, from customer research, through strategic and roadmap planning, to experimentation, launch, product adoption and customer feedback • Partner with UX designers and software developers to deliver products based on roadmaps you create • Launch the vision, strategy, and roadmap and influence key stakeholders to align and deliver on that vision • Implement the go-to-market plan and execution, working to ensure that internal teams have what they need to be successful • Define goals and monitor key performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve product performance • Focus on areas where the business strategy has not yet been defined. A day in the life • Effectively partner with all levels of leadership. You are adept at building consensus. You are able to represent, verbally and in writing, complex decisions, trade-offs, and potential solutions clearly to leaders up to 3 levels above to help them understand the decisions they have to make and what options they have. • You influence organization priorities, system owners, business, and technology direction. • You manage cross-functional communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed and needs aligned. About the team The Elevated Shopping (eShop) team mission is to serve premium and luxury customers and brands with personalized, seamless, and delightful experiences that reflect their discerning tastes and elevate online retail to a new standard of excellence. We combine state of the art technology, scientific precision, and breathtaking studio photography to create exceptional customer experiences. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Preferred Qualifications - Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
