How You’ll Find Success
\n\nBuild a deep understanding of user personas and workflows, translating insights into clearly defined product specifications that align with the overall product strategy.\nBuilding empathy for core personas/users and translating this into product specification documents.\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback and iterate on tool designs.\nUtilizing data and user insights to guide development priorities and measure the impact of new features.\n\n\n
How You’ll Grow
\n\nDirectly contribute to Qualtrics’ objectives by transforming feedback gathering and expanding the definition of surveys. \nWorking on building agentic capabilities into the survey taking experience. \nEnhancing leadership skills through the ownership of high-impact projects and cross-team collaboration.\nLead product launches including working with marketing to take new features and capabilities to market.\n\n\n

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.\n3-4 years of experience in a product-related role, preferably in tech/software.\nOwner’s mentality with adaptability and problem-solving mindset.\nSelf-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with B2B customers and a track record of exceptional customer service.\n\n\n

\nFor full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
