In this role, you’ll define and deliver a roadmap that transforms casual coupon users into high-value, repeat deal seekers by surfacing the right offers, content, and journeys at the right moments across our platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the product vision and roadmap for the Personalization Program, balancing short term needs with long-term strategic innovationLead personalization platform efforts: partner with Engineering to define APIs, tooling, and experimentation frameworks that enable loyalty‑driven experiences across email, app, web, and extensions.Collaborate with CRM, CDP, Data Science, and Engineering to develop ML-powered experimentation and recommendation modelsPartner cross-functionally (Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, Design) to deliver scalable and measurable personalized experiences that drive engagement and retentionDefine and track key success metrics to measure program performance and continuously optimize and iterateStay ahead in loyalty, personalization, and engagement trends; evangelize best practices and champion innovationComfortable shipping rapid iterations, running MVPs, and pivoting based on user feedback in an agile environmentLead with user-centric approach, outcome-driven prioritization, technical excellence, and strong cross-team leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications5+ years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce, marketing tech, or loyalty/rewards programsExperience with CRM/CDP platforms (e.g., Braze, HighTouch) to power personalized engagement strategiesStrong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisionsAbility to balance multiple initiatives, navigate ambiguity, and drive results in a fast-paced environmentExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goalsPassion for driving measurable improvements in retention, engagement, and loyalty through personalized experiencesPreference for experience using AI/ML to personalize user experiences
