We are looking for a Product Manager to join and be a part of our dynamic and growing Flow team. Flow offers Software-Defined Networking and Network Security products to Nutanix customers. You will work closely with engineering, sales, product marketing and alliance teams. You will help drive the roadmap, growth and adoption of the products. The position will be based at Nutanix Bangalore and will require occasional travel.

You will report to the Director of Product Management, who champions an open and inclusive approach to leadership. The work setup is hybrid, requiring the team members to come into the office three days a week, providing a balance of in-person collaboration and flexibility. Travel requirements for this position are minimal, allowing you to focus primarily on your contributions from your home base or local office. We believe that this structure not only enhances productivity but also strengthens our team's bonds while prioritizing work-life balance.
Your Role
Responsible for the roadmap and direction for Nutanix Flow including virtual networking, cloud security, compliance and visualizationEvolve software-defined networking (SDN) capabilities to offer a rich set of security services for cloud environments (Private / Hybrid / Public)Support security requirements from various other Nutanix services and productsPartner and closely work with engineering to define customer stories, product requirements, use cases and priorities.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, program management, support, marketing, etc.) to drive roadmap executionEvangelize, provide customer advocacy and briefings to deliver and promote Flow and other Networking/Security related offerings from NutanixTrack, manage, and report on business and product KPIs on an ongoing basis.Provide ongoing field support as needed to drive high customer satisfaction and engagement.Drive field and partner enablement in collaboration with marketing and enablement teamsAuthor, build and maintain compelling internal and external-facing collateral in organizations with outbound teams.Have a bias for action and demonstrate ownership of the domain.
What You Will Bring
At least 5 years of experience in product management/technical marketing in the areas of software-defined networking, security, virtualizationStrong technical expertise and knowledge of network/application security, microsegmentation, firewalls, software-defined networkingProven track record of product building and working closely with engineering and design teamsStrong customer and field-facing experience to embody the voice of the customer while working with engineering teamsAlternatively, MBA from a top tier B-school and 2+ years of post-MBA experience.Attention to detail in executing complex projects with cross-functional dependenciesStrong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills,Proven ability to deliver on commitments in a multi-geographic distributed teamAptitude to influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityHigh energy and excellent teamwork skillsFamiliarity with SFDC, Tableau, ThoughtSpot and similar data analysis tools is a plus.Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science / IT / Electronics Engg required, MBA preferred
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
