We are seeking a Senior Product Manager candidate to join our Revenue Cloud (CPQ) team, as part of the Salesforce Revenue Cloud. You will have the opportunity to work on an early stage, Pricing & Catalog capabilities which is comprehensive (multiple GTM business models), flexible (supports transaction lifecycle with low code and no code configuration), is scalable (both B2B and B2C) and addresses the Catalog & Pricing needs of multiple industries.
You are expected to bring in a stellar product sense, and a proven track record in outstanding 0 to 1 execution. You’ll also prioritize kindness in your collaboration, and be excellent at bringing a team together to rally around a common goal. You’ll create, share, and drive strategic vision and execution for products new and old that are loved by their users.
Responsibilities
Drive growth in Revenue Cloud by building features to support key enterprise customer needs.
Own the product vision. Be an expert on the use cases, the domain, and the international market.
Collaborate with UX and the technology team to develop, test, and deliver assets to engineering.
Represent Salesforce as a domain and product expert at customer interactions, industry and corporate events, online in customer communities, and through social networking.
Evangelize the vision to your customers, team, and stakeholders and ensure that it aligns with the overall product and company vision.
Build and deliver a roadmap that excites customers and colleagues alike by building a well defined backlog.
Manage and expand relationships between Product and Engineering teams to deliver world-ready products and internationally applicable features.
Embrace a culture that measures and rewards customer adoption and success. Define what success means for everything you release before it's built. Develop ways to consistently define and monitor success.
Role Requirements
7+ years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise catalog or pricing management software
Proven track record of prototyping, launching, and scaling innovative SaaS products
Mandatory: Direct experience in the CPQ (Configure Price Quote) space
Strong ability to translate complex technical requirements and collaborate closely with engineering teams
Demonstrated success working with globally distributed teams
Excellent analytical skills and a solid foundation in computer science principles
Skilled in agile methodologies; experience working with Scrum teams
Exceptional organizational, communication (written and verbal), and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Able to lead cross-functional initiatives and work independently with minimal direction
Comfortable presenting to executives and navigating sensitive customer conversations
