•    Understand the market dynamics and assist to develop brand strategy and plan to drive business growth.

•   Accurate collect, analyse and monitor market intelligence including competitor information.

•    Communicate and collaborate effectively with brand relevant departments.
•    Work together with field team, and provide clear direction as well as timely support for them.
•    Seamlessly collaborate within the marketing team, advocate continuous improvement and best practice sharing.

4.    Qualification and Experience 能力与经验

Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书
•    Bachelor degree or above
•    Consulting background is preferred

Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力
•    MNC background
•    Minimum 3-5 years’ experience of Marketing/Sales, at least 2 years experience of pharmaceutical product management
•   Good communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English (oral and writing)
•    Strong Project Management capabilities, self-motivated and results-driven 
•    Strong execution capability, strong cross-functional communication
