Kforce's client, a large retail client, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to work onsite 4 days a week in San Francisco, Rocklin or possibly San Jose. Summary: As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning product duties from start to finish. You will consult and work with the business stakeholders, project managers, architects, development teams, and others to gather and define, then develop and document client requirements as both functional specifications then translate them to technical requirements to ensure successful deployment of deliverables. In this role, the Senior Product Manager will support order management, care center operations and order payments. Responsibilities: * Audit, collaborate & share insights with B2B and brand teams * Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide product and user experience solutions to meet the business needs * Develops high level business requirements and translates them into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications * Prepares requirements, specifications, business process and recommendations * Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures * Resolves a wide range of issues in innovative and practical ways * Strong knowledge of product management best practices, functional design and application delivery methodology
