Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our auto lending products. This role will be responsible for driving product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth in the auto finance space.

In this role, you will:
Lead complex initiatives including establishing programs for new products or enhancements
Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services
Review and analyze complex major product lines and services
Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity
Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, product managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer
Actively participate in agile ceremonies at both team and program levels, including quarterly planning sessions.
Translate product strategy and roadmap into quarterly features and sprint-level goals. Collaborate with teams to develop plans and communicate product vision and priorities
Define and prioritize features based on customer and business value, aligned with product OKRs.
Create acceptance criteria for features and user stories to ensure successful delivery.
Perform product demos to customers, partners, and other stakeholders
Partner with technology and business teams to enhance workflow solutions and delivery capabilities.
Monitor product success metrics and support reporting against business cases and OKRs.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Develop business cases, product requirements, and success metrics for new features and enhancements.
Collaborate with data and analytics teams to monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all product initiatives.
Serve as a subject matter expert in auto lending, staying current on industry developments and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Advance experience in Python, SQL, Power BI and/or Tableau
General knowledge of technical applications: Mongo, Kafka, API architecture
Agile experience- End-to-end product management experience—from discovery through delivery and post-launch value tracking.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior leaders
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques to solve problems, take ownership, and make decisions
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge and understanding of auto finance industry
Experience with strategy development and implementation
Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels
Exceptional problem solving abilities
Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
